3 Ply Yellow Shuttering Panel is a popular three-layer solid wood formwork panel widely used in European, African, and Middle Eastern construction markets. Different from multi-layer dense film-faced plywood, this panel adopts a simple and sturdy 3-layer crosswise wood structure, coated with bright yellow waterproof paint on both surfaces and fully sealed edges.

Materials
Made from three bonded layers of coniferous wood like spruce, fir, or pine.
Structure
Cross-laminated design (perpendicular middle and outer layers) to prevent warping and splitting. And alternating grain directions achieves high structural stability.
Glue
Bonded with exterior-grade WBP phenolic glue.
Standard Thicknesses
Commonly available in 21 mm and 27 mm thicknesses. 21 mm is often layered as 7+7+7 mm or 5+11+5 mm, and 27 mm is layered as 9+9+9 mm or 6+15+6 mm.

Standard widths of 500 mm and lengths ranging from 1000mm up to 3000 mm.
Surface
Coated with a water-resistant yellow melamine resin that prevents concrete from sticking and yields a smooth finish. Edges is sealed with water-proof paint.
Reusability
Can be reused roughly 15 to 25 times if handled and cleaned properly.
